I am a busy mom of 4 beautiful girls. Health & Fitness have always been an important part of my life, it wasn't until I started having babies did I realize how important it was for my sanity. It is so easy to lose who YOU are and to put your needs last, when you are so busy taking care of everyone else. I am here to help make YOU a priority!
I swam competitively through college, competed in Olympic Trials in 2000. While in college I studied Kinesiology and Psychology. I have also studied to be a Massage Therapist, Pilates Instructor, as well as a Nutritionist. My passion has always been to help others feel their best.

The core of The Busy Mom Project is our weekly private coaching sessions. This can be done entirely online, through virtual coaching sessions via Zoom.
Each month I'll guide you through a new curriculum that dives into a different aspect of holistic health and wellness. We will meet weekly to go over the lesson of the month, talk about roadblocks you may be having, and make sure you have a plan for success. We will take our time to ensure each lesson is implemented so we can build off each lesson each month.
You'll also have access to workbooks and resources to help you implement the lifestyle changes we talk about, and guide your transformation.
